Patrick K. Cavanaugh

Patrick K. Cavanaugh is one of the founding partners of Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC.  Mr. Cavanaugh has extensive litigation experience in both complex commercial cases and serious personal injury matters.  In the context of commercial litigation, he has represented individuals, partnerships, closely-held businesses and publicly-traded corporations.  Representative matters include anti-trust violations, contracts, oil and gas rights, franchise agreements, shareholder disputes, lease disputes, officer and director liability, property damage, bodily injury and insurance coverage.  Mr. Cavanaugh has also represented individuals in serious and complex personal injury cases, automobile and truck accidents, wrongful death actions, medical malpractice, and electrocutions.  Mr. Cavanaugh has recovered settlements and verdicts in excess of $130,000,000 on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Cavanaugh has represented individuals and business in both state and federal courts.  He has tried numerous jury trials and has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts. He has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts, as well as before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
